Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month

The Chius came to Albuquerque at our invitation for our Annual Albuquerque Chinese American Film Festival. If you missed their dynamic live performances as well as their poignant documentary “Finding Cleveland” please take this opportunity to watch it now. Information follows in their own words.

We hope you’re not going too stir crazy at home. We’ve kept ourselves busy planning some virtual screenings of our films in light of extended “stay at home” orders.

Since May is AAPI Heritage Month and many families are homeschooling like us, we wanted to give students and others an opportunity to watch Finding Cleveland free online May 4-8. We’ll also be offering two Q&A sessions on May 7 & 8 to field questions from people at home and also discuss our new film, Far East Deep South. More details below and link you can forward to your friends to sign up.

What about Far East Deep South, you ask? The official T-shirts are now available on our revamped store. Oh, but you want to know when you can see the film? Scroll down to find out when.

Don’t forget to check out our latest Love, Discovery and Dim Sum podcast where we continue our series addressing anti-Asian racism and give some long-term suggestions on “How to Make People Less Racist.”

On a funnier note and especially, if you’re a Star Wars fan, you need to watch our PSA video that answers the question, what if Darth Vader ordered delivery food during COVID-19?

Stay healthy & sane!
